Nato ad Amantea. Autodidatta ma ha studiato per conto suo storia dell’arte e le varie tecniche dei grandi maestri. Nel 1978, insieme ad altri pittori del luogo (Salvatore Tonnara, Francesco Magli, Pedrito Bonavita, Rino Aloe e Rosario Furgiuele) fondò il gruppo “Vico III” movimento pittorico locale. Dipinge estemporanee, paesaggi e case

contadine Calabresi.

Born in Amantea. Self-taught but studied history of art and the various techniques of the

great masters. In 1978, together with other painters from the region (Salvatore Tonnara,

Francesco Magli, Pedrito Bonavita, Rino Aloe e Rosario Furgiuele) he formed the group

“Vico III” movement of local artists. He paints from life mainly landscapes and Calabrian

peasants’ houses.
